I’m so glad you’re here. It’s an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and balance.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and am a certified coach through Transform Coaching Academy, an ICF-accredited program.
For more than twenty years, my mission has been to support children and adults with ADHD, anxiety, and other challenges in discovering their strengths and creating lives that feel balanced, purposeful, and fulfilling. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and never judged.
While ADHD can present challenges, it also brings incredible creativity, insight, and resilience. I believe that everything you need to grow and thrive is already within you. My role is to help you uncover that potential and develop systems and habits that align with the life you want to live.
Are you hoping to build healthier relationships? Break unhelpful patterns? Find more understanding and connection with others or with yourself? Wherever you are in your journey, coaching can help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My Coaching Style
My approach blends evidence-based tools from ADHD and mental health coaching, mindfulness, positive psychology, and neuroscience, along with personal insight from raising a daughter with ADHD.
I specialize in ADHD and neurodiversity, and also support clients in areas such as:
My coaching is holistic and practical—focused on helping you create systems that support emotional balance, productivity, and self-compassion. My goal is to equip you with the tools, strategies, and mindset not just to cope, but truly thrive.
More About Me
My journey began in 2002, when my young daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. She often felt misunderstood and anxious, and I was determined to find ways to support her.
It took me ten years to complete my education while working full-time and raising my children, but I did it. That experience taught me that it’s never too late to become who you’re meant to be.
Today, I’m deeply grateful to dedicate my work to helping others reach their goals, embrace their strengths, and build lives that feel both meaningful and sustainable.

Coaching is a specific, safe, respectful, guided process of interaction and self-discovery over a period of time that encourages and expands your ability to make significant changes, move forward in new areas, and create more of what you want in your life.
Therapists are licensed mental health professionals trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Therapy often explores past experiences, emotional wounds, and patterns of behavior to promote healing and deeper self-understanding.
Mental health coaches, on the other hand, focus on the present and future. A coach helps you build practical tools and strategies to manage challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change in your daily life. Coaching emphasizes goal-setting, accountability, and personal growth rather than diagnosis or clinical treatment.
In short, therapy helps you heal, while coaching helps you move forward. Many people benefit from both at different stages: therapy to process the past, and coaching to take empowered action toward the life they want to create.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. The only time it wouldn't is if you were to express the desire to hurt yourself or others.
The time will depend on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. I usually work with clients for 3-6 months. We start setting goals and applying action items by our second session.
